Prashant is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide. His research examines the effects of time-restricted eating in preclinical and human models of obesity and prediabetes. Before starting his PhD, he spent few years working as a clinical biochemistry lecturer in Nepal Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal. He holds bachelor degree in clinical laboratory science from BP Koirala Institute of Health sciences, Nepal and master degree in clinical Biochemistry from Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
